National Geographic Article on Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI)

In the February Issue of National Geographic an excellent article is written about the Blast Effects and the resultant TBI and other unknown injuries that occur from being exposed to these blasts. When we think of wounds, we generally expect to see a bleeding arm or leg, or worse a missing arm or leg. But the injury caused by the Blast can be far worse, affecting your ability to think, act, or function, long after the battle is over.
